[English Center] A few things to keep in mind

Hello, English Center Students,

As we approach the midpoint of this Term B, I'd like to share a few things
with you so we can continue and conclude this program with great success.

*1) Regular English Center hours:*
a) Classes: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 8:00 am until
12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm.
b) Office hours: 8:00-12:00, 1:30-*5:00 pm*. Please respect the closing
time, especially since our secretary stays in the office all day; this is
the limit.
c) Fridays: special classes, morning only. The office closes at 12:00 pm.
d) Avoid calling, messaging, or contacting your teacher after working
hours, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*2) Let's keep it clean:*
a) Bring your water bottle/tumbler.
b) Be careful not to spill around the drinking fountain.
c) Please don't waste overflows in the drinking fountain.
d) Place all trash in the trash bin/can.
*3) Holidays:*
a) April 9, Day of Valor
b) May 1, Labor Day
4) *School Calendar*
a) May 14, closing of the semester
b) May 18 until June 7, Term Break (no classes)
c) Placement Test for Intersemester: June 4
d) Registration Day: June 5
e) Intersemester classes: From June 8 until August 4
*5) EC Policies:*
a) Attendance: 85% presence, only 15% absence
b) Grade: minimum of 83% score to pass to the next level
*6) Use the main door:*
a) If your classroom has multiple doors, use only the main one.
b) All other doors will be locked and should not be opened.
*7) Official channels of communications:*
a) Check your AIIAS email address constantly and all AIIAS official
channels of communication,
b) Follow the English Center Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Keep up with the good work and prepare yourself the best you can for the
midterm tests.
