[English Center] Sumilang Festival

Dear Colleagues, Administration, Staff, and Students,

RE:  Thursday, February 2 - special day off

As a reminder, next week we will have Thursday, February 2, as a local
holiday coinciding with part of the Sumilang Festival.  This was included
in our Academic Calendar after consultation with the past mayor's
administration.

This means that Wednesday, February 1, and Friday, February 3, remain
scheduled academic days with classes in session.

We are in consultation with the Mayor Anarna's office in Silang to be sure
that our coordination with the past city administration for only one day
off from work in our special status meets with the support and approval of
the city administration this year.  If there is any change to this
directive, you will be informed promptly.
