> Although classes are cancelled, AIIAS department directors will determine the level of services available at their respective departments.

> Employees affected by the past weather may be granted leave approval (without it being deducted from their annual leave) if approved electronically in advance by their immediate supervisor, with a copy to HR. Please contact your immediate supervisor if you are in need to be excused from work in harmony with the governor's announcement.
