It was wonderful to see you all this morning, bringing joy and energy to our classrooms.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, the <strong>governor has announced the suspension of classes</strong> for all schools, both public and private, because of <strong>influenza monitoring</strong> and <strong>earthquake preparedness planning</strong>.</p>
<p>If you are new to the Philippines, you may hear the phrase <strong>“Walang Pasok.”</strong><br>
This means <strong>“No Classes.”</strong> When you hear this, it means there are <strong>no face-to-face classes</strong>, but please <strong>stay connected</strong> for updates. Your teachers will give you information about <strong>how your classes will continue online or through other methods</strong>.</p>
<p>Please also <b>check </b><strong>the news</strong> in case there are any important announcements or safety instructions.</p>
<p>Even though <strong>AIIAS is a safe place</strong> with <strong>strong buildings</strong>, we still need to be cautios and follow all safety rules.</p>
<p>Stay safe, and let’s pray for people who may be affected by the situation.<br>
